Laser is characterized by high directional, monochromatic, high coherence and high brightness. Through the lens focus and the Q switch, energy can be concentrated into a small space and time range. In the laser cleaning process, the following characteristics of laser are mainly used:

1, the laser energy can be highly concentrated in time and space, the focused laser beam in the vicinity of focus can produce a few red even tens of thousands of degrees high temperatures, dirt instantaneous evaporation, gasification or decomposition.


2. The divergence Angle of the laser beam is small, and the direction is good. The laser beam can be assembled into the light spot of different diameters through the spotlight system. Under the same conditions of laser energy, the laser beam spots of different diameters are controlled.


3. The energy density of the laser can be adjusted to heat up the dirt. When the swelling force of the dirt is greater than the adsorption capacity of the soil to the substrate, the dirt will be removed from the surface of the object.
